How to order

If you would like to order cards, go to any of the gallery pages – Aldeburgh, Southwold, Walberswick and Suffolk – and click on a thumbnail for a larger image and more details.

Alternatively you can order from the thumbnails in the catalogue pages.

To view your shopping basket at any time without adding a new item to it, click on the View Basket link which appears at the top of each of the gallery and catalogue pages.

Free delivery in the UK for all orders over £7.50

All UK orders over £7.50 are delivered free of charge. The UK delivery charge for orders below this amount is £1.50. There is a flat-rate delivery charge of £2.50 for Europe and £5.00 for the rest of the world.

Postcards, cards and prints

Almost all the Suffolk images I publish are available as postcards. Almost forty are available as greeting cards, three as large poster-size prints and around fifteen as high-quality Giclée prints. For more about Giclées, click here.

Credit cards and debit cards accepted

Payment can be made by credit or debit card. UK payments are processed either by Nochex or Paypal. If you have an overseas credit card you must use Paypal.

Please note that Nochex (which is the default payment option) uses the Verified by Visa system to check your card. If you have not enrolled in this scheme yet (or if you have forgotten your password!) you may find it simpler to use the Paypal gateway. And please do this if you have problems paying by Nochex. Just check the Paypal option when your reach the payment page. You can pay worldwide through Paypal either by using a credit or debit card or with a Paypal account. All card payments are processed on a secure and encrypted server.

Payment by cheque

If you would rather pay by cheque, please complete your order using the shopping basket in the normal way. Then, instead of pressing the 'Go to payments' button, add any delivery charge using the button provided. Then print out the shopping basket page and send it with your cheque to the address given on the contact page. Cheques for both Suffolk and Oxford cards should be made out to 'Suffolk Cards'.

Despatch times

I will usually be able to despatch card orders within 48 hours. But this is not always possible, so please allow 10 days for your cards or prints to be delivered. Please note that Giclées are usually printed to order and that this will add a few days to the normal delivery time.

Prints are sent in a large diameter tube which will not fit through letterboxes, so give a work address for delivery if this is more convenient.

If you are in danger of missing a birthday or some other vital occasion, please let me know by sending me an email (to suffolkcards@gmail.com) at the same time that you order.

Full refund

If you are not completely happy with your cards or prints when you receive them, just return them to me for a full refund.
